Research on Climate Change Adaptation: Verification of the role of viable sites and Ecological Corridors in enabling Adaptation to Climate Change

Project Objective/ Description: This research aims to verify the nature and location of landscape-scale stewardship and restoration corridors as a means of adapting biodiversity to the impacts of climate change. It involves the monitoring of these corridors for adaptation of biodiversity to climate change and integration of climate change regional information into the management of the corridor. The project is due to be completed by July 2011.
Location: KwaZulu Natal and the Eastern Cape.
