The CBA Conference of 2017 was held in Uganda. Participants were eager to discuss and find ways to better integrate ecosystem and community-based solutions in climate adaptation choices, and to share experiences of work done in CBA sector.
The CSIR is currently developing a set of guidelines which aims to support the processes of adapting existing and future South African settlements to climate change. the guidelines will be used for local government decision-making.
