IPCC agrees on outline for 1.5 degrees Celsius Special Report

The outline of the IPCC Special Report has been confirmed and will include contributions from Working Groups I, II and III. The report will focus on the Impacts of global warming of 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and related global greenhouse gas emission pathways and is due in 2018.
